Try STEADY. If it is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a refund or an exchange. You do not need to finish the bag, and an opened pouch still qualifies. We would rather you tell us it missed than keep something you will not drink.
Email braveworksrn@gmail.com with your order number and one line about what did not work. We reply to every message ourselves. We will tell you whether anything needs to be shipped back before you spend money on postage.
Once your refund is approved we issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or never shows up, email us with your order number and a photo if you have one. We will replace it or refund it. This is not counted against the 30-day window.
Tell us what you would rather have and we will sort out the difference. If the exchange costs less, we refund the difference. If it costs more, we will send you a link for the balance.
STEADY is an herbal tea, not a medicine, and it is not a replacement for the care your doctor gives you. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication, especially blood pressure or hormone medication, talk with your healthcare professional before using herbal products.
