We blend in small batches and pack orders by hand. Orders leave us within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday go out on the next business day.
Orders over $149 ship free. Below that, live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, and you will see the exact cost before you pay. There are no handling fees added later.
You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once the package is on its way. If the tracking email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us.
Once a package leaves us, delivery speed is in the carrier's hands. Most domestic orders arrive within a few business days of shipping. Weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs can add time, and we cannot guarantee a carrier's transit estimate.
Check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping cost may apply.
If your package is damaged or does not arrive, email braveworksrn@gmail.com with your order number. We will replace it or refund it.
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want STEADY, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you yet.
